At The Grove CLT , we’re a private club built for families but designed for adults: live music, epic parties, out-of-the-box events, and a whole lot of heart. We’re looking for a Weekend Manager who can keep the energy high, the service flawless, and the good vibes flowing — all while making it look effortless.

What You’ll Actually Do:

Lead the weekend team with energy, positivity, and hustle Oversee café operations, programming, and events (yes, it’s a busy, fun scene!) Problem-solve in real time — whatever comes up, you’re on it Make Members feel like royalty — every family, every time Keep standards high and details tight: cleanliness, service, safety, vibe

You Might Be Our Person If:

You have experience leading teams (hospitality, events, café, or retail = major bonus) You’re energized by fast-paced, high-touch environments You LOVE building community and making families feel at home You’re a self-starter and natural leader — calm under pressure, quick on your feet You’re excited to grow with a company that’s doing something different
