The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, marketing, and execution. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate event details and ensure successful outcomes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the planning process to ensure clarity and alignment. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance event offerings and increase revenue opportunities. Monitor event progress and performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Maintain an organized database of contacts, contracts, and event-related documentation.
