Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including fundraisers, corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, menu planning, and audiovisual setup
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses stay within allocated funds
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and customize event plans accordingly
  • Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
  • Provide exceptional guest services throughout the event to ensure a positive experience for attendees
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth coordination and execution of events
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
