We are currently hiring a Part-Time Special Events Manager , primarily on-call for weekends , to support our growing demand for beautifully executed, high-impact events. J ob Summary This is a part-time position focused on weekend availability and on-call event coverage . As our Special Events Manager, you’ll help oversee and execute intimate, emotionally charged experiences that matter—from dramatic gender reveals to carefully planned proposal moments. We are seeking someone who is: Extremely organized and clean Professional and dependable Calm under pressure and focused on details Key Responsibilities Support and manage the execution of weekend events (primarily Saturdays & Sundays) Coordinate setup, decor, vendor arrival, and guest experience on-site Maintain clean, orderly, and beautiful event spaces at all times Communicate closely with team leads and clients before and during events Be on-call for last-minute weekend needs or coverage (with advance notice whenever possible) Ensure every moment runs smoothly and reflects the Elite Gender Reveal standard Qualifications Experience in events, hospitality, or production coordination preferred

LOCAL RESIDENCY

Must be available on weekends and comfortable with flexible scheduling Ability to work independently, follow directions, and maintain professionalism under pressure Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Attention to aesthetics, client satisfaction, and smooth execution Reliable transportation is required- DRIVERS LICENCE Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required Why Join Elite?
