Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and highly organized Lead Photo Booth Attendant & Event Coordinator to take charge of our event prep and execution. You’ll be the backbone of our event operations—managing warehouse inventory, prepping gear, supporting team members, and occasionally designing client graphics. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on event work with behind-the-scenes coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Prep & Coordination:
Prep equipment, backdrops, and props for upcoming events Create digital overlays/templates using Canva Maintain clear communication with attendants and clients pre-event Coordinate event logistics and timelines
Warehouse Management:
Organize and maintain all photo booth equipment and supplies Track inventory of props, signage, media kits, and tech gear Oversee booth readiness (charging, cleaning, resetting, etc.)
On-Site Leadership:
Lead event setups and breakdowns for premium events Train and support entry-level attendants Represent Selfie-Co. with top-tier service and professionalism
Creative & Technical:
Design custom Canva overlays and client-facing templates Troubleshoot booth issues on-site or remotely Ensure smooth operation of all equipment, including 360 booths, iPads, and sharing stations
Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience in the event or photo booth industry Has leadership or supervisor experience Is tech-savvy (Apple/iOS, Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) Has strong communication and problem-solving skills Is organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Is available on weekends and some weekdays Can lift 40-50 lbs and has a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Compensation:
$25-$45/hour based on experience and skill set Bonus and tip opportunities Flexible hours + consistent bookings during peak seasons Growth potential into operations or event management roles
