These responsibilities include:

Collaborate with multiple departments to effectively deliver a high level of service. Assist members and attendees with registration for events, training and meetings. Examples of meetings to be coordinated: o Chapter Board and committee meetings o Educational programing (in person and online) o Fundraising events o Social events o Other programing as needed Provide support as needed to the Membership Director in the successful execution of all chapter and membership programs. Collaborate with the NESPA Marketing team for the successful promotion of events. Monitor and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Be available to attend and work at associations annual trade show event in Atlantic City the last week of January every year. Other responsibilities as necessary for the successful executive and growth of association programs through out the year.

Skills/Requirements:

• 3+ years professional work experience.
• Ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High School diploma, college degree preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Good calendar management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including teams.
• Ability to travel locally to meetings and events when required, including occasional evening meetings.
• Experience with online database, online registration systems, association management or CRM systems preferred.

The Northeast Spa & Pool Association exists to advance the commercial interests of our members in the pool and spa industry. The Association provides education, networking and business support to meet the current and future needs of our membership and the industry as a whole. NESPA is a not for profit trade association serving over 900 member companies in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. We own and operate The Pool and Spa Show, the largest tradeshow for the Pool and Spa industry in the US, held annually in Atlantic City.
