Crew Member/Event Assistant Aerial Acrobat Entertainment Branchburg, NJ 08876 Crew Members/Event Assistant Aerial Acrobat Entertainment is an innovative and creative cirque entertainment company that provides dazzling aerial and specialty acts for any event or occasion. We’re looking to add an event assistant to our growing team of crew members to help run events smoothly. Any special skills in event coordination is a plus! Paid training in the way our systems work.

Responsibilities:

Unload event items and load into greenroom space and greenroom set-up If needed, assist in rig or apparatus set up (paid training) Assist artists in costumes Assist artists to performance spaces Assist during performance, EM will discuss and direct pre-event Aerial assist/Champagne assist/Stilt assist, ect (paid training) With camera provided, take photos and videos of performances and audience interaction Break down green room, packing down costumes in respective boxes Break down any rigging or equipment set up in event prep Load van back up with event items and equipment Skills Organization Show running or event crew Task oriented Team based Anticipating Needs Taking direction Presenting professionally Additional Skills Not Required But are a

Plus:

Rigging and aerial equipment Photography or videography Work Style You tend to whistle while you work and if something is not right you have great communication skills to get to the bottom of the problem at hand and fix it asap You are open to learning “how we do things ’round here” but are also forward-thinking and ready to troubleshoot solutions and suggest improvements

Job Types:

Part-time, Contract Pay:

$100.00 – $250.00 per day

Schedule:

10 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekends as needed
