Job Description:
Function of Position:
This position reports to the Manager of Campus Events. The Part-time Summer Campus Events Assistant assists with the daily operations of the Campus Events Office. The Part-time Summer Campus Events Assistant is expected to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks as assigned by the Director, Manager and Coordinator II. •This is a part-time, temporary position from June 2nd 2025 through August 29th 2025•
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
Physical event support (minor tasks)
Staff reception area of office: Phone support, managing key and equipment sign-out, filing, Astra input Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Manager, Director and Coordinator II

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
NYS Drivers license or ID
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service. Self motivated learner, committed to working in a team environment
Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
Additional Information:
Salary:
$20/hour
Schedule:
10 hours/week
