Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator (temp) to cover a maternity leave by providing comprehensive support to our Brand Experience team. This role will involve managing various administrative tasks and assisting on event planning and logistics. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and update comprehensive pre-event briefs for internal alignment. Collect data and feedback to compile clear, concise post-event reports and recaps for internal teams. Manage event calendar, update project trackers, organize documentation, and support. Support in the organization of pre-event meetings and assist in capturing action items. Coordinate travel logistics for event guest as needed. Assist with AP House, boutique and NOMAD-specific marketing and event activation calendars. Support with PO creation, invoice processing and budget reconciliation.
Support with event logistics:
Target list creation, invitation & Save The Date requests, Swiss Risk. Provide regular updates to cross-functional teams on event progress, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain clear and timely communication with retail teams. Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience in an Events/Experience or Marketing/Branding role Background in luxury goods and or agency experience a plus Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required Proficient in
Microsoft Suite:
Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word Knowledge of SalesForce a plus Create clear, compelling, and organized presentations to share both internally and externally- with a strong attention to detail and precision Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, on multiple projects simultaneously Additional Information The salary range for this position is $25-$30 per hour.
