Job Description:
GH Venues is seeking a motivated and experienced Event Sales Coordinator/Manager to join our team. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with the sales team to drive event sales across one or more venues within the GH portfolio, with a focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality, a strong network in the events industry, and a proven ability to close business in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across social, corporate, nonprofit, and experiential event segments Conduct sales presentations and site tours with prospective clients and event planners Respond promptly to event inquiries, develop proposals, and manage the booking process from inquiry to contract Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, agencies, and referral partners Achieve individual and venue-level sales goals in alignment with quarterly and annual revenue targets Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and event showcases Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to regular reporting and forecasting Represent GH Venues at industry events and networking functions as a brand ambassador
Qualifications:
3+ years of event sales experience, preferably in venue sales, catering, or hospitality Strong understanding of sales strategy, lead generation, and pipeline management Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment Proficiency with CRM systems and event planning tools (e.g., Tripleseat, Prismm) Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed

Full-time Pay:
$65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
