This position involves assisting with the logistical aspects of events, including transporting equipment and materials, setting up venues, and breaking down after events. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring events run smoothly. Responsibilities Transport event equipment and materials to and from various locations. Assist in the setup of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and technical equipment. Ensure all items are accounted for during transport and setup. Collaborate with event coordinators to understand specific requirements for each event. Break down setups after events, ensuring all items are packed securely for transport. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle for transporting materials. Adhere to safety protocols while handling equipment and during transportation. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management abilities to meet tight deadlines. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items as needed. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
