About The Role
Lead end-to-end event management, including concept development, program design, content coordination, budget oversight, vendor management, and measurement
Collaborate with people, enablement, and executive stakeholders to shape agendas that inspire and align teams with monday.com’s vision and priorities
Ensure consistent branding, storytelling, and production quality across internal experiences
Track and report engagement metrics, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve effectiveness and impact
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the business
Establish scalable event frameworks, playbooks, and processes to support global consistency and local execution
Your Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience leading global strategic events in fast-paced, high-growth environments — ideally in tech or SaaS
Proven success delivering both external customer-facing events and internal company-wide experiences at scale
Deep expertise in event strategy, program development, logistics, budgeting, and cross-functional stakeholder management
Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills with a passion for executional excellence
Able to influence and collaborate with executives and global teams across functions
Creative, resourceful, and highly organized — with a natural ability to connect dots and drive clarity from ambiguity
Experience with event platforms, marketing tools, and collaboration tools
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
