As our Sponsorship Activation Coordinator, you’ll be the operational powerhouse that helps turn bold brand visions into real-life experiences. From eye-catching booths to unforgettable on-site activations, you’ll work across teams and timelines to bring partnerships to life—seamlessly and strategically.
What You’ll DoSponsorship FulfillmentOwn the logistics behind sponsor activations across our portfolio of eventsMake sure all sponsorship deliverables are checked off, buttoned up, and on-brandOversee logo placements, signage, swag, and all things sponsor visibilityTrack activation progress and report like a pro—because details matterCollaborate on how partner brands show up in every corner of our showsEvent OperationsTeam up with Marketing, PR, and Operations to execute activations with polishBe boots-on-the-ground on-site to ensure activations go off without a hitchManage supplies tied to sponsor needs and event executionAssist with staffing for sponsor activations and troubleshoot in real timeCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to bring sponsor ideas to lifeRelationship ManagementBe the go-to contact for sponsors you’re assigned—answering questions, solving problems, and keeping them in the loopProvide regular updates and activation reports pre- and post-showWork cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnersSupport engagement strategies that build trust and long-term sponsor valueHelp sponsors feel like VIPs (because they are!)Administrative SupportKeep records organized and accurate—we’re talking contracts, calendars, reports, and moreSupport invoicing, data entry, and event registration processesMaintain sponsor timelines, deliverables, and internal planning calendarsCreate post-event reports that showcase activation success and sponsor ROIQualificationsWhat You Bring to the TableEducationDegree in Marketing, Business, Events, Communications, Sports Management, or a related fieldExperience1-2 years working in events, sponsorship, partnerships, or client servicesFamiliarity with event tech platforms and toolsBonus points if you’ve worked directly with sponsors or clientsSkillsStellar project management and time management chopsStrong communicator—whether it’s emails, calls, or on-the-ground directionDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask without breaking a sweatTech-savvy with Microsoft Office and event softwareQuick on your feet and solutions-focused
