Compensation:

We’re looking for a Day-Of Event Coordinator to help bring our events to life with energy, professionalism, and warmth. Role Overview This role is primarily focused on day-of coordination for weddings, private parties, and special events. You’ll be the on-site point of contact ensuring everything runs smoothly, all vendors are where they need to be, and our guests feel cared for from start to finish. You’ll deliver outstanding hospitality, support our team, and ensure the space is returned to top condition after each event. We’re starting with part-time work, but for the right person, this is a great opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position on our Events Team. Key Responsibilities Be on-site for the full duration of each event (mainly weddings), serving as the primary coordinator Review all event contracts and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) in advance to understand event details Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors on the day of the event Direct vendors on setup logistics (ceremony, reception, rentals, florals, etc.) Ensure the event space is pristine before, during, and after each event Resolve any issues quickly and calmly to maintain a positive guest experience Communicate clearly with staff and ensure timelines are followed Optional Growth Opportunity We’re seeking someone who wants more than just a weekend gig. There is a clear path to grow into a full-time Events Manager role with additional responsibilities like: Responding to inquiries, drafting contracts/invoices, and managing bookings Running digital marketing campaigns for private events Outreach to local businesses and wedding professionals Hosting/attending networking events and open houses Following up on leads and converting them to booked events Cold outreach (calls, emails, DMs) and other grassroots sales efforts To be considered for full-time, prior experience in event sales and marketing is required.
