Full-Time | Immediate Hire We’re a fast-paced, growing small business in the event industry, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Back of House / Event Organizer & Inventory Specialist to join our crew! About the

Role:

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure our events run smoothly. From preparing and packing gear to managing inventory and handling on-site setup and breakdown, your work keeps everything running like clockwork. You’ll also be responsible for setting up and supporting our staff and entertainers — ensuring they’re ready, prepared, and equipped to execute their events efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, pack, and load inventory for events, with attention to detail
• Maintain and organize inventory, including costumes, props, and party supplies
• Assist with on-site event setup and breakdown
• Maintain, clean, and restock supplies and equipment is complete, and event ready
• Track and update inventory
• Work closely with the Event Team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (Required No Exceptions)
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and be comfortable with physical work
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Experience in events, logistics, or warehouse work is a plus
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Spanish proficiency is a plus, bot not required
• Must be based in Queens, NY or nearby
