Acrisure Stadium Club Events Manager 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars Pittsburgh, PA The Club Events Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of special events and game-day operations on the Club Level at Acrisure Stadium. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure a seamless event experience from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up. The position also oversees staffing, logistics, and guest experience for all major stadium events, including Steelers and University of Pittsburgh games, concerts, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Special Events:

Coordinate with prospective and existing clients to plan and execute a wide range of events. Manage all aspects of event planning, including client communication, proposals, contracts, floor plans, work orders, invoicing, and payments. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments (e.g., catering, security, maintenance) and external vendors. Oversee event execution from load-in through load-out, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally.

Game Day Operations:

Club Level operations for all Steelers, Pitt football games, concerts, and other stadium-wide events. Serve as the main point of contact for resolving incidents involving guest relations, medical, security, ticketing, and staffing on Club Level.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (required). Preferred fields include Sports Management, Business, Communications, or related disciplines. 5 years of hands-on experience in event planning, venue management, or hospitality/event operations.

Skills & Competencies:
