From curated private retreats to intimate community gatherings, our goal is to provide soulfully organized experiences that promote connection and wellbeing. About the Role We’re looking for a part-time Event Coordinator to join our team and support the planning and execution of events, wellness experiences, and private retreats. This person should be highly organized, comfortable with timelines and details, and have a warm, welcoming presence when communicating with guests, vendors, and collaborators. Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling and timelines for events, workshops, and retreats Manage communication with vendors, facilitators, chefs, and attendees Maintain calendars and key deadlines for multiple experiences Support event logistics, including setup, supplies, catering, and space prep Assist in the development of run-of-show documents and checklists Ensure a calm, professional, and hospitable presence during events Occasionally be onsite to oversee set-up and flow (as needed) Ideal Candidate Excellent communication and people skills Detail-oriented and highly organized with great calendar/time management Experience coordinating events, retreats, or hospitality operations Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines Has a calm, thoughtful presence aligned with wellness and service

Bonus:

Familiarity with wellness, hospitality, or creative retreat spaces Schedule & Compensation Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 8-15 hours/week to start) Schedule may vary depending on event dates; some weekend availability preferred Compensation based on experience
