Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and client-focused Event Planner to join our team. This person will work closely with our clients and internal staff to bring events to life—from initial inquiry through execution. If you thrive under pressure, love logistics, and can make every client feel like your only client, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Manage full planning process for catered events, including weddings, galas, and private parties Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and venues Build and manage timelines, floor plans, menus, and event details Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless execution Coordinate tastings, walkthroughs, and production meetings Attend and manage events onsite, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly while maintaining a high standard of service

Qualifications:

2+ years of event planning experience (preferably in catering or hospitality) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Weekend and evening availability required during peak seasons Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel, and basic event software
