In response to client demand, we need an Event Assistant/Customer Ambassador to contribute to the execution of our retail sales campaigns, engage with consumers, and drive sales.
Event Assistant/Customer Ambassador Responsibilities:
Promote products and services directly to consumers at local retail sales events held in prominent retail venues. Foster positive interactions with consumers, crafting memorable brand experiences to amplify brand recognition and generate excitement. Cultivate trust and rapport with consumers and retail partners, facilitating successful promotions and achieving retail sales objectives. Collaborate effectively with fellow Event Assistants to maximize sales and promotions during events. Articulate the client’s brand narrative professionally and meaningfully at all retail engagements. Participate in both physical and virtual events to enhance client awareness. Refine and execute retail event and marketing strategies in alignment with client goals. Stay current with industry and competitive trends, communicating noteworthy insights to the promotions and marketing team to enhance event and sales strategies.
Event Assistant/Customer Ambassador Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as sales, customer service, retail, promotions, hospitality, or marketing. Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or business management. Possesses a compassionate and empathetic demeanor. Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for innovative thinking. Well-organized and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently. Displays a drive for personal and professional growth.
Note:
This role requires daily commuting to our Philadelphia office and event locations within a 30-mile radius
