This role is essential to ensuring every event runs smoothly and every guest feels welcome. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout the event
• Open and close the facility as needed; ensure all access protocols are followed
• Monitor the event to ensure rules and policies are adhered to
• Assist clients and vendors with setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, AV, signage, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all public and rental spaces throughout the event
• Respond promptly to client or guest needs and resolve issues as they arise
• Coordinate with preferred vendors and staff as needed to support event logistics
• Ensure restrooms are stocked and common areas are tidy during events
• Report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns to the Venue Manager
• Perform basic post-event cleaning and reset of the space for the next use

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or events preferred
• Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure
• Able to lift and move tables, chairs, and supplies (up to 40 lbs.)
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail Live in 19120 Principals only.
