A Custom Hat Bar & Experience, your role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for providing personalized and expert advice to guide each customer in selecting a hat that complements their unique style, suits various occasions, and aligns with their individual preferences. Utilizing your creativity and keen eye for design, you will craft unique and stylish hats while also delivering exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences. In addition to your creative responsibilities, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, assisting customers, ensuring merchandise is adequately restocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and contributing to Brims on the Bluff’s overall success. Your attention to detail and passion for delivering outstanding service will play a key role in upholding our commitment to excellence. In this role, key responsibilities will include providing personalized customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, driving sales and upselling products, demonstrating expertise in hat creation and styling, effectively managing merchandising activities, handling cash flow, overseeing inventory management, maintaining the store’s overall appearance, possessing in-depth product knowledge, collaborating with the team, and actively seeking and implementing customer feedback for continuous improvement. Responsibilities Work regularly in our storefront assisting with every customer’s satisfaction, as well as collaborate for offsite events. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision during store hours and on-site or off-site events. Oversee guest services to ensure a positive experience for all attendees. Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion, ensuring all details were executed flawlessly. Develop marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance. Handle on-site event management, including setup, coordination of activities, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Willingness to travel as needed, including possible overnights. Our store is open Wednesday- Saturday. This role requires working weekends and weeknights when needed. Skills Creative, artistic, must be able to stitch and feel comfortable with steam and open flame. Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to market events through various channels to attract attendees. Experience in retail and/or hospitality settings is advantageous.
