Position Summary:
As our Events Assistant , you’ll play a key role in the planning and execution of events at the Club. This includes assisting with vendor coordination, event setup logistics, and hands-on support during event days. If you’re a natural organizer who thrives in fast-paced, people-centered environments, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in booking and communicating with vendors , including caterers, rental companies, entertainers, and more Support event logistics , including layout planning, supply tracking, and setup coordination Provide on-site assistance during events , ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for members and guests Help maintain event materials and manage post-event cleanup and inventory Collaborate with the Events Manager on event timelines, checklists, and setup breakdown Represent the Club with warmth and professionalism to members, vendors, and guests
Requirements:
Experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Friendly, team-oriented, and professional demeanor Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet during events Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication skills and attention to detail Minimum 15 hours in office a week for admin work, additional hours onsite as needed due to event schedule and seasonal workload.
