Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and personable Wedding Coordinator to join our team and ensure our clients’ wedding days run smoothly from start to finish. As the primary point of contact on the day of the event, you will be responsible for executing timelines, communicating with vendors, and managing all the behind-the-scenes logistics that bring a couple’s vision to life. Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-of point person for weddings and ensure all plans are executed seamlessly Manage vendor arrivals, set-up, and tear-down according to the event timeline Coordinate with the couple, bridal party, and family members to ensure everyone is where they need to be Oversee the ceremony and reception flow, including processional cues, speeches, and special moments Troubleshoot any unexpected issues quickly and discreetly Ensure decor and event elements are set up according to the couple’s vision Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications:
Proven experience in wedding or event coordination (preferred but not required) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to stay calm and professional in high-stress situations Reliable transportation and flexible weekend availability Comfortable working long hours on event days
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with common wedding traditions and etiquette Experience working with vendors (caterers, DJs, florists, photographers, etc.) Ability to lead a team or work independently with minimal supervision First-aid or emergency response experience is a plus
