Catering Event Coordinator Position Available In Oconee, South Carolina

Catering Event Coordinator B. Lakeside Seneca, SC 29672 B. Lakeside is seeking a hands-on, reliable, and outgoing Event Coordinator to lead the operations of our handcrafted ice cream sandwich pop-up business, operated through our signature Ice Cream Bike. This role is ideal for someone who loves events, enjoys creating memorable experiences, and isn’t afraid to get a little sticky in the name of ice cream.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and packaging handcrafted ice cream sandwiches and baked treats (training provided) at our kitchen location in Anderson, SC Setting up, operating, and selling at community events and pop-ups Transporting the Ice Cream Bike to and from event locations (must be comfortable driving a truck or van) Handling breakdown and cleanup after events Managing inventory and supplies needed for events Assisting with event bookings and communicating with partners and vendors Supporting social media content creation during events and slow periods

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset Must be comfortable driving and transporting equipment Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events Self motivated, flexible, and able to work independently Prior experience in food service, events, or customer facing roles is a plus Someone who enjoys capturing moments and being part of behind-the-scenes content Weekend and evening availability needed for scheduled events

Bonus:

This role can grow into a full-time position in the fall as we expand into a physical storefront.
