We’re looking for a driven, hospitality-focused Event Captain to lead the charge on event execution across our sites.

JOB SUMMARY

As an Event Captain, you’ll serve as the on-site leader for private events, ensuring that each function is accurately prepared with proper inventory levels and decor, runs smoothly, meets client expectations, and aligns with our standards of service and style. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, team coordination, and logistical oversight. You’ll work director with our Events Manager and Director of Hospitality, as well as the event staff, to create seamless, standout experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary on-site contact and point of leadership during events Ensure timelines, layouts, and run-of-show documents are followed Oversee event setup and teardown; delegate and participate as needed Anticipate and solve problems in real-time with a calm, customer-first approach Maintain communication with Events Manager regarding execution notes and areas of improvement via “The Captain’s Report” Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all spaces before, throughout, and after events Handle coordinated financials in toast, with an understanding of closing out event bills correctly Maintain inventory levels prior to events to ensure allotted time for preparedness
