POSITION SUMMARY

This role leads and coordinates all event planning activities while supporting Florim USA’s sustainability and brand goals. You’ll manage logistics, welcome guests, and collaborate cross-functionally to create engaging visitor experiences. You’ll also develop promotional content and help drive brand visibility through internal and external events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Welcome and assist all event visitors and customers Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of events and exhibits Partner with departments to ensure proper brand representation Design and manage welcome screens, invitations, itineraries, and event forms Maintain event supplies and organize the Welcome Center Support visitor engagement through promotional marketing content Coordinate with membership groups on sponsorships and large-scale events Deliver and update corporate presentations to diverse audiences Arrange catering, travel, and entertainment for attendees Recommend local activities for visiting guests Gather feedback through surveys and suggest improvements Maintain sample displays and merchandising tools Assist with trade shows and external exhibits Support broader marketing and branding initiatives as needed

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Public Relations 2+ years in event planning or related experience Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and ethical practices Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, work occasional evenings/weekends, and travel Valid driver’s license and ability to work 100% onsite in Clarksville, TN Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background and drug screening

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
