Operations and Brand Engagement Coordinator General Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations and Brand Engagement Coordinator to join our team at

This role is essential to ensuring our coworking space operates smoothly while creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our members. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day facility operations, foster meaningful member engagement, support business development efforts, and uphold brand consistency throughout all spaces and communications. Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management:
Assist in ensuring the coworking space is clean, organized, and fully operational at all times, adhering to company standards. Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including security checks and readiness assessments. Assist, as needed, with the setup and teardown of meeting and event spaces, ensuring all equipment and amenities are functioning properly. Anticipate member and guest needs, fostering a sense of community and staying informed about member activities. Assist in handling building-specific forms and notify members of deliveries while addressing inquiries about policies and procedures. Coordinate maintenance requests and address any facility-related issues promptly. Review, update, and maintain subscriptions related to the operation of The Press and associated facilities. Oversee all Audio Visual equipment in the spaces and maintain appropriate inventory, including but not limited to meeting rooms, The Jude Room, the Mailroom, and other Millan meeting spaces. Provide regular updates to The Press team on the status of all projects. Coordinate various aspects of projects between project managers, maintenance teams, and construction efforts.
Member Management & Engagement:
Assist in greeting all members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, serving as their primary point of contact. Assist in onboarding new members by providing tours, distributing access codes, and facilitating their integration into the community. Foster strong relationships with members, actively seeking feedback and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise. Assist in maintaining accurate records of member interactions and update the customer management platform regularly. Create a welcoming environment through friendly and professional assistance, ensuring all members feel connected. Build strong relationships with members by understanding their needs, facilitating introductions, and encouraging collaboration. Promote events through various channels and ensure all operational requirements are met.
Business Development & Sales:
Assist in conducting onsite tours for prospective members, explaining membership details and amenities to secure contracts. Assist in following up on leads and maintaining a high occupancy rate by fostering relationships with potential members. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for member recruitment and retention. Produce marketing content within the spaces that aligns with brand standards and messaging. Assist in creating and updating sales plans and strategies to drive revenue for the coworking space.
Administrative & Operational Duties:
Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing outstanding hospitality and support. Assist in managing the public and member bookings calendar, ensuring optimal use of space and resources. Assist in standardizing business operations and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain professional relationships with members, vendors, and community partners. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development, attending training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance skills.
Brand Representation & Community Building:
Ensure the consistent execution of the company’s and The Press’s brand values and mission throughout the facility, enhancing the overall experience for clients, members, and stakeholders. Oversee the management and operation of digital signage, ensuring all content is relevant and aligned with the brand. Create engaging and informative materials and graphics for member communications and internal meetings. Ensure that The Press brand is consistently represented with a professional image within the community. Engage with members actively on community networks, sharing updates and fostering connections.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required). 2-4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, facilities management, or a similar role, preferably in a coworking or hospitality environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with outstanding interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Audio Visual technology, Canva, Adobe, or other similar platforms. Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
Sedentary Work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Compensation:
$17 – $24 per hour (based on qualifications). There is unlimited potential for growth within the company.
