This role is essential in ensuring that events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience. As part of our event staff, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of events, from setup to guest services. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality or customer service, and a passion for creating enjoyable experiences for attendees. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and decorations. Provide exceptional guest services by greeting attendees and addressing their needs throughout the event. Handle conflicts or issues that may arise during events with professionalism and effective conflict management skills. Support event coordinators in executing event plans and schedules efficiently. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the organization professionally at all times. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or events management is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Ability to work the 8 hours on Saturday from 4:00pm – 12:00am.
