We’re searching for an enthusiastic Active Older Adults Coordinator to join our team at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Starting pay is $15/hour , based on experience, and this is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of our senior members.

Position Type:

Part-time What you’ll do: Plan and coordinate engaging events and fitness classes for older adults. Build relationships with members and community organizations to increase participation. Manage budgets, membership plans, and SilverSneaker program participation. Play an active role in recruiting and retaining members. What we’re looking for:

Age :

Must be at least 18.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience :

Marketing and senior membership experience preferred.

Skills :

Strong communication, organization, and people skills.

Certifications :

CPR/First Aid (within 30 days of hire) and Membership Software training (within 30 days).
