Boba Tea team member JY TEA Dothan, AL 36303 Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, sales, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling guidelines. Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions and providing change as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas and food preparation zones. Support sales efforts by promoting menu items and upselling where appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety, cash handling, and customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling techniques is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
