Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their Dining experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures. Maintain an organized and stocked FOH, ensuring products are displayed effectively. Utilize math skills to assist customers with inquiries regarding prices and promotions. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable items. Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing sales accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with stock management and is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
