Qualifications Proven experience in staff training and management within a food service environment Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management Expertise in food service management and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Background in inventory control and cash handling Experience in various dining settings, including casual and fine dining Responsibilities Maintaining a positive attitude and help assist the guests. Being able to count money and creating a positive guest experience Daily prep and cleaning tasks as assigned by the Shift Leader Be respectful and know how to work together as a team
