This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. Duties Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards. Provide excellent guest relations by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Manage bussing duties, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset efficiently for incoming guests. Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating effectively. Engage in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food handling regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Skills Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
