Full Job Description Job Summary:

Charleys Philly Steaks is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Team Members to join our crew! As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding service, preparing quality food, and creating a positive dining experience for every guest. Whether you’re working the grill, register, or dining area, your energy and teamwork help bring the Charleys brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately. Prepare sandwiches, fries, and other menu items according to company standards. Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Work as part of a team to meet service goals and customer satisfaction. Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements:

No prior experience required—training provided! High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
