As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation . Your responsibilities will include food handling, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders efficiently. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.. Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, ensuring proper food handling practices. Maintain cleanliness Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a positive dining experience for all guests. Manage time effectively during busy periods to meet customer demands without compromising quality. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly, with a focus on teamwork and helping others. Familiarity with food handling procedures is an advantage but can be taught on the job. Lifting up to 50lbs Able to stand on feet long periods of time. Follow recipes Being able to keep calm in a rush or busy hours.
