Cafe Staff (Weekdays and Weekends) Southington Coffee House Southington, CT 06489 About us Southington Coffee House is a locally owned gourmet coffee shop. We are focused on high quality coffee experiences and friendly service. Due to the popularity if our Coffee Shop in Southington CT – we are looking for a new team member to work consistent shifts at our small café. We are a busy café that also has a very popular Crepe lineup! The team members are trained in 4 main areas of focus: Crepe Making Barista Register Prep/Support The main shifts we are looking to fill include: Day shifts and weekend shifts. The Café is open from 7am-6pm 7 days a week. We are looking for people that are able to work during the school year, as well as summer months. The new team members will work approximately 10-20 hours a week on average, with opportunity to pick up hours as they become available. Employees will also significantly increase their “take-home” pay with tips each week. Average team member earns about $23-$25 an hour with tips.
