In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality hot sandwiches and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our awesome and fun to work with owners in our new kitchen to deliver exceptional service, amazing sandwiches all while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Some morning prep, no cooking required . Assist with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall café operations. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant or café setting, is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers and co-workers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for food and commitment to providing high-quality service is essential.
