Front of House Team Member (Experience Required) Duby’s Bagels and Bakery 785 Boston Post Rd, Old Saybrook, CT 06475 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Front-of-House Team Member to assist with the daily operations of our Bagel and Bakery shop. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service If you are intelligent, hardworking, and have strong interpersonal skills this position is for you. Your role will be integral to our team’s success. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling and sales
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
