The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, ensuring that every sandwich is crafted to perfection. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including slicers, grills, and ovens. Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and responding to customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus. Basic math skills for managing inventory and understanding retail math concepts. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with café or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required.
