This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll be on the front lines of our sales efforts, driving customer acquisition and directly contributing to the success of our client’s market share and brand awareness. Entry Level Crew Member:
Directly interact with customers, asking questions and building rapport to identify their needs, offering personalized products and services Stay updated on all products, services, and promotional offerings by attending regular team meetings and training sessions with other Entry Level Crew Members Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales transactions, tracking sales performance and customer retention Work closely with the sales team and other Entry Level Crew Members to refine sales strategies and align on customer needs and sales goals Oversee your book of business throughout the sales lifecycle, from initiating contact to closing the sale Receive proper development to accurately provide coaching, training, and support to ensure the Entry Level Crew Member team excels in sales
What We Look For In An Entry Level Crew Member:
A high school diploma or GED is a must Experience in sales, customer service, or client management is a plus, but not required A proactive, self-driven individual with a passion for helping clients succeed Confident, competitive, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and with multiple types of people Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment Has basic knowledge of the sales cycle or account management practices

$47,000.00 – $57,000.00 per year
