In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will assist with various tasks including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with team members will be essential to delivering a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment. Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items. Maintain cleanliness in the front of house area, including dining tables, counters, and restrooms. Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks. Experience Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
