You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall experience of our guests, from food preparation to maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the service area. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring high-quality presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns promptly. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in food handling and preparation within the food industry is preferred. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Familiarity with sales techniques to enhance the customer experience. Ability to operate POS systems efficiently. A background in culinary arts or food service is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
