In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that food safety standards are met and customers leave satisfied with their experience. Prepare and serve a variety of deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately process transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers regarding menu items and specials. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing are required. Culinary skills or experience in food preparation will be beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
