As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will play a vital role in creating a delightful experience for our customers by serving delicious ice cream and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment while efficiently handling cash transactions and preparing food items. Duties Serve ice cream and other frozen treats to customers with a smile, ensuring high-quality presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and giving change. Prepare food items as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions, and make recommendations. Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the scooping area, dining space, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Follow time management practices to efficiently serve customers while maintaining quality standards. Experience Previous experience in cash handling and using POS systems is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation and food handling practices is a plus. Customer service experience, particularly in a quick-service fast food restaurant or café setting, is highly valued. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
