Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and skilled individuals to join our Night Shift Supermarket Renovation Crew . This part-time position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a background in commercial facility maintenance. As part of our renovation team, you will assist in the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, renovation, and general upkeep of supermarket facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and appealing environment for our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform renovation and maintenance tasks during night shift hours. Operate large power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with commercial HVAC/R-related maintenance and repairs. Complete preventive maintenance assignments using advanced tools and techniques. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and workspaces in good working condition. Lift and move heavy materials and equipment (minimum 50 lbs.). Travel reliably to various job sites across South Florida. Exhibit sound decision-making, professionalism, and productivity. Follow and promote safe work practices at all times. Participate in on-the-job training and skill development.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in commercial renovations and facility maintenance required. Proven experience operating large power tools. Experience in commercial HVAC/R systems strongly preferred. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks. Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites across South Florida. Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
