Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Associate at Juici Patties located in Hollywood, FL. The Restaurant Associates are responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards, ensuring high-quality food for guests. They also manage monetary transactions by taking orders, processing payments, and serving as the main point of contact between guests, management, and the kitchen staff. Additionally, they maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front area, keep it well-stocked, and provide friendly and efficient service to guests. This role combines food preparation, customer service, and operational tasks to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Pleasant personality Strong Customer Service skills Ability to read, write and do simple mathematics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required Works well in pressure situations.

Physical Requirements:

Is able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Is able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds (70 pounds with team lift). Able to safely operate all equipment. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Greets all guests politely with a smile when they enter the restaurant. Inputs guest orders into the POS system. Upselling Menu items. Answers phones in a professional and courteous manner; takes ToGo orders. Takes money from guests and provides correct change. Processes credit card and debit card transactions. Monitors orders and ensures their prompt delivery. Keeps track of a cash drawer and ensures it is balanced at the end of the shift. Interacts and builds rapport with the guest. Listens to and resolves guest complaints, suggestions, and inquiries. Sets up, maintains, restocks, cleans, and organizes work areas. Keeps the counter and dining area neat and clean. Executes every recipe to the highest standards, ensuring strict and exact recipe control. Adheres to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling. Practices proper and safe food handling, storage, receiving, and stock rotation. Follows health, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization standards. Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance. Meets restaurant standards in facility safety and security. Practices teamwork by helping co-workers. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Responsible for providing exceptional guest service to each and every guest. Qualifications Basic math
