Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and energetic individual to join our gym operations team as a Weight Re-Racking Staff Member . This position plays a critical role in keeping our facility safe, clean, and organized for our members. If you love being in a fitness environment and take pride in keeping things in order, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Walk the gym floor regularly to re-rack weights and return equipment to proper locations Ensure all areas are tidy, organized, and member-ready at all times Assist with light cleaning tasks (e.g. wiping down benches, resetting equipment) Identify and report any broken or unsafe equipment Support front desk or staff when needed with general upkeep

Requirements:

Must be physically able to lift and move weights safely Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and staying active throughout the shift Positive attitude and team-first mindset Experience in a gym or fitness setting is a plus (but not required)
