Water Equipment Crew Leader Florida Well Services, INC. Punta Gorda, FL 33982 ## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the activities of a water equipment crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. ## Duties
- Manage and supervise water equipment crew members on-site
- Coordinate project scheduling with office scheduler and ensure deadlines are met
- Read and interpret site plans
- Utilize software for project tracking
- Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Handle contract management and strong communication with office staff in regards to job status
