We are seeking a skilled Sandwich Maker to join our team in the food industry. As a Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and providing excellent customer service. Duties:

• Prepare sandwiches according to customer preferences and specific orders
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system (Aloha POS)
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
• Upsell menu items to increase sales

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a Sandwich Maker or similar role
• Strong knowledge of sandwich ingredients and preparation techniques
• Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and practices

Qualifications:

• Must stand/walk for long periods of times
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
