In the beginning, this position starts as a part-time role with the intent on moving to a full-time position as our business increases. We anticipate flexible hours in the beginning. Qualifications:

Prior painting experience preferred.
Will need to work with and possibly manage a team
Mechanically and practically minded.
Previous labor or physical work experience is preferred.
Interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to stringent timelines.
Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work within the 1-800-STRIPER customer management system.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Class B or CDL encouraged.
This position requires working outdoors in the elements and in confined spaces. This position also requires evening and night work.

Responsibilities:

Conducts painting of parking lots using proper equipment.
Operates Company Truck and Complies with DOT safety procedures.
Uses Technology software.
Responsibility for managing team as needed
Communicate with customers as needed.
Perform equipment maintenance.
